Welcome to Dragon Loaf Games!

Yeah, we know, the name’s a little weird. Honestly, when we first heard it, it felt odd to us as well. But then… it kind of grew on us. And once we found that perfect image of a pudgy little dragon loafing around, it just clicked. That goofy, lovable loaf became our mascot, and the name stuck.

We’re a small group of lifelong gamers who grew up on fantasy adventures like Dungeons & Dragons and even dabbled in the sci-fi chaos of Warhammer 40k. Gaming, any gaming, whether it’s rolling dice, painting minis, or staying up way too late arguing about spell rules has always been our thing. Dragon Loaf Games started as a fun side project to fill a gap we saw in the gaming world: there wasn’t really a smooth bridge between casual board games and full-on TTRPGs. So we set out to build one.

What started as a simple idea a few years ago turned into a full-blown passion project. Now, we’re excited to share it with the world, starting with our flagship game: Shardfall: A Dragon Legends Adventure — a whimsical, strategic, fantasy board game with just enough TTRPG flavor to hook new players and keep veterans engaged.
